Terms of Service

Senextrac is a browser extension that reads WhatsApp group and chat contact information already displayed to you in WhatsApp Web, and a web/extension-based tool for sending message campaigns through the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta's Cloud API). Senextrac does not automate or simulate clicks inside WhatsApp Web to send messages.

You're responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use any contact information you extract, and for obtaining genuine consent before sending marketing messages to anyone. You must not use Senextrac to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or content that violates WhatsApp's own Business Policy or applicable law. We may suspend accounts used for these purposes.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the consent records (date and source) you enter when creating a campaign — Senextrac records what you provide, it doesn't independently verify it.

The Free plan has no cost and no time limit, subject to its stated limits (shown live on the pricing page). Pro is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe; you can cancel anytime from the billing portal, effective at the end of the current billing period. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months except where required by law or at our discretion.

We may disable an account that violates these terms, sends unsolicited messages, or is used to circumvent WhatsApp's or Meta's own policies.

The Service is provided "as is." WhatsApp may change how it displays data at any time, which can affect extraction; message delivery through the WhatsApp Business Platform depends on Meta's own infrastructure and policies, which are outside our control.

If these terms change materially, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
